HBO’s Top 10 Drama Series Emmy winners: Where does ‘Game of Thrones’ rank on the list?

HBO’s fantasy “Game of Thrones” has won Best Drama Series at the Emmys for the past two years running. But where does it rank on the top 10 list of HBO dramas in order of overall above-the-line performance at the Emmys? Click through our gallery to find out. Can you guess what’s #1?

When ranking HBO’s dramas on above-the-line performance we’re looking specifically at Best Drama Series, Best Drama Directing, Best Drama Writing, and all six of the Best Drama acting categories. We used the total above-the-line nominations as a tie-breaker.

Shockingly it would only take one above-the-line win for either “Westworld” or “The Leftovers” to make the list. Should either show receive a Best Drama Directing nomination their chances of winning look good historically as six different HBO dramas have claimed this category.

Below is a breakdown of the shows represented and total wins in each category:

Best Drama Series: 2 Shows; 4 Total Wins

Best Drama Directing:  6 Shows; 8 Total Wins

Best Drama Writing:  2 Shows; 8 Total Wins

Best Drama Actor: 1 Show; 3 Total Wins

Best Drama Actress: 1 Show; 3 Total Wins

Best Drama Supporting Actor: 3 Shows; 5 Total Wins

Best Drama Supporting Actress: 2 Show; 2 Total Wins

Best Drama Guest Actor: 1 Shows; 1 Total Win

Best Drama Guest Actress: 1 Shows; 1 Total Win
