Disney just announced that the Oscar-nominated “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” will be available on Digital HD and Disney Movies Anywhere on March 24 while the Blu-ray and DVD will drop on April 4. This Christmas hit continued the franchise comeback that began with 2015’s critically acclaimed “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” This spinoff film, a standalone story set in-between “Episode III: Revenge of the Sith” and “Episode IV: A New Hope,” merited 85% freshness on Rotten Tomatoes.

The “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” home editions will include features on characters including Jyn Erso, Cassian Andor and K2-SO as well as in-depth looks at the Oscar-nominated visual effects. And it teases a preview of “;Star Wars’ stories yet to be told.” However, don’t expect a commentary from director Gareth Edwards or any deleted scenes.
