The top 8 contestants on “So You Think You Can Dance” were paired together for the first time on the August 28 episode. Each had performed with their all-star partner before taking to the stage again with one of their rivals for the grand prize. Which pairing do you think was the best? Firs up were Taylor Sieve and Lex Ishimoto who danced a jazz routine choreographed by Spencer Liff to George Gershwin‘s “An American in Paris” score.

Next were Koine Iwasaki and Kiki Nyemchek who danced a salsa choreographed by Val Chmerkovskiy to “Danca Molengo” by Bonde do Role featuring Rizzle Kicks.

Third on the bill were Kaylee Millis and Logan Hernandez who danced a contemporary routine choreographed by Travis Wall to “Shadows” by Woodkid.

Rounding out the roster were Dassy Lee and Mark Villaver who danced a hip-hop routine choreographed by Christopher Scott to “Tilted” by Christine and The Queens.
