The third and final playoff round on “The Voice” airs Nov. 15 on NBC. By the end of the evening, Miley Cyrus will have cut her team in half. Heading into this season 13 playoff, she had six artists on her team: four that won in match-ups in the knockout rounds (Ashland Craft, Moriah Formica, Janice Freeman and Brooke Simpson) one that she stole from a rival coach (Adam Pearce), and one comeback artist that she brought back for another chance (Karli Webster).
This playoff episode of “The Voice,” as well as those from both Nov. 13 featuring the dozen artists on the teams of Jennifer Hudson and Blake Shelton and Nov. 14 with Adam Levine‘s top six, were taped at the end of the summer. That is a departure from the format used for the past six seasons of “The Voice” where America voted in two live playoff episodes.
