Over the past six years, “The Voice” has anointed 13 different winners from all musical backgrounds and walks of life. The most recent champ, rocker chick Chloe Kohanski, was declared the winner on Tuesday, December 19 in a hard-fought battle between Season 13 finalists Addison Agen, Brooke Simpson and Red Marlow. Read our recap of how it all went down, and then cast your vote in our poll below to let us know whether Chloe is your favorite “The Voice” winner of all time. Chloe’s success on NBC’s reality TV show also brought another victory to her coach Blake Shelton. In all, Shelton has now helped mentor six different artists to the championship, a record that won’t be beaten for a long time. Shelton’s winning artists are Jermaine Paul (Season 2), Cassadee Pope (Season 3), Danielle Bradbery (Season 4), Craig Wayne Boyd (Season 7), Sundance Head (Season 11) and now Chloe Kohanski (Season 13).
Shelton and Adam Levine have been with the show since the very beginning, however Levine only has three victories under his belt: Javier Colon (Season 1), Tessanne Chin (Season 5) and Jordan Smith (Season 9). Shelton and Levine have a notable rivalry, so Levine will probably be kept up at night by the fact that Shelton now has double the amount of wins to his name.
As for the other four “The Voice” winners, Josh Kaufman (Season 6) was mentored by Usher, Sawyer Fredericks (Season 8) was aided by Pharrell Williams, Alisan Porter (Season 10) was helped by Christina Aguilera, and Chris Blue (Season 12) was coached by Alicia Keys.
