‘Top Chef’ Season 15 in Colorado: Now you can predict which chef will win and who’ll be eliminated next

Top Chef” Season 15 premieres December 7, 2017 on Bravo, with Padma Lakshmi back as host for this installment that filmed in Colorado. Tyler Anderson

Occupation: Chef/Owner, Millwright’s Restaurant and Tavern
A California native, Tyler Anderson was only 16-years-old when he began to learn about the craft of cooking in restaurant kitchens. Each experience helped him develop his culinary skills, his palate and eventually, his personal cooking style.

Claudette Zepeda-Wilkins
Current Residency: San Diego, CA
Occupation: Executive Chef, El Jardín
Claudette Zepeda-Wilkins is the Executive Chef of El Jardín, a modern Mexican restaurant opening in San Diego, California in 2018. Inspired by the regional cuisine in Mexico, where her passion for food was first cultivated, El Jardín is an expression of her culinary journey as a chef.

Christopher Scott
Current Residency: Brooklyn, NY
Occupation: Chef/Owner, Butterfunk Kitchen Chef
Chris Scott began his culinary career in Philadelphia when the city was in the midst of a culinary revolution. He worked alongside notable chefs such as Kevin Sbraga, Mike Isabella, Al Paris and Michael Solomanov.

Joe Sasto
Current Residency: Los Angeles, CA
Occupation: Chef de Cuisine, Cal Mare
Joe Sasto dove head-first into the restaurant industry by mentoring under some of the Bay Area’s most acclaimed chefs and restaurateurs. He found his love for cooking as a child, spending time in the kitchen with his mother.

Tu David Phu
Current Residency: Oakland, CA
Occupation: Chef/Founder of Pop-Up Series’ AN: A Vietnamese Dining Experience
Chef Tu David Phu is a Vietnamese-American with family roots in Award Winning Fish Sauce Production, Hung Thanh 1895. After attending culinary school, Chef Tu’s stints included the nation’s top Michelin-rated restaurants.

Melissa Perfit
Current Residency: San Francisco, CA
Occupation: Executive Chef, Bar Crudo
Melissa Perfit is the Executive Chef at Bar Crudo in San Francisco, CA. She was born in Canberra, Australia, but moved to Gainesville, FL at a young age. While attending Florida State University, working towards a degree in media productions and film, Melissa spent a semester abroad in London where she fell in love with food and cooking.

Brother Luck
Current Residency: Colorado Springs, CO
Occupation: Chef/Owner, Four by Brother Luck
Chef Brother Luck started working in professional kitchens when he was 14-years-old. During high school, he was awarded multiple culinary scholarships through competition cooking organizations such as C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program) and The Art Institutes (Best Teen Chef 2001).

Carrie Baird
Current Residency: Denver, CO
Occupation: Executive Chef, Bar Dough
Chef Carrie Baird is the executive chef at the popular, Bar Dough, in Denver, CO. Born in Idaho, but trained in Colorado with classic Mediterranean, Italian and French techniques, Carrie believes great food comes from cooking from your heart.

Bruce Kalman

Chef Bruce Kalman’s Northern Italian cooking style embraces the diverse and abundant produce of California to create exquisitely balanced flavor profiles meant to warm the soul. His commitment to indigenous ingredients goes beyond the farmers’ market.

Tanya Holland
Current Residency: Oakland, CA
Occupation: Chef/Owner/Author. Brown Sugar Kitchen
Known for her inventive take on modern soul food, as well as comfort classics, Chef Tanya Holland is the Executive Chef and Owner of Brown Sugar Kitchen in Oakland, CA. She is also the author of the Brown Sugar Kitchen Cookbook and New Soul Cooking; and served as the host and soul food expert on television series Melting Pot.

Rogelio Garcia
Current Residency: San Francisco, CA
Occupation: Executive Chef, The Commissary
Born in Mexico City and raised in Los Angeles and Napa by a single mother, Rogelio Garcia began his culinary career humbly in high school as a dishwasher for a restaurant in Yountville. Soon after, he was cooking in Napa at Hurley’s and Angèle, spending his days off staging at Yountville’s Redd and San Francisco’s Michael Mina.

Laura Cole
Current Residency: Denali National Park, AK
Occupation: Owner/Chef, 229 Parks Restaurant
Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Laura Cole found her passion for cooking when she moved to Alaska after graduating college. Working in the kitchen of a lodge at Denali National Park, she immediately fell in love with the creative energy, humor and satisfying hard work found in kitchens.

Joseph Flamm
Current Residency: Chicago, IL
Occupation: Executive Chef, Spiaggia & Café Spiaggia
Joseph Flamm serves as the Executive Chef at Chicago’s Michelin-starred Spiaggia and Café Spiaggia. Working with and for the inimitable Tony Mantuano, Chef Joe has learned fine dining with precision and confidence.

Adrienne Cheatham
Current Residency: New York, NY
Occupation: Chef
Chef Adrienne Cheatham grew up in the kitchens and dining rooms of the restaurants her mother managed in Chicago. At her parent’s insistence, Adrienne attended Florida A&M University where she studied business and journalism.
