2018 CMT Music Awards winners: Full list of winners and nominees at Country Music Television Awards

The 2018 CMT Music Awards were handed out on Wednesday night, June 6, during a ceremony held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. So who took home the awards? Scroll down for the complete list of winners and nominees.

These awards were decided by fans voting online for their country music videos and performances of the year. And though Carrie Underwood came into these kudos with the record for the most Video of the Year victories (six), she was upset this year by Blake Shelton, who claimed top honors for the very first time for his video “I’ll Name the Dogs.” He also took Male Video of the Year for the fourth time, after prevailing in that race in 2011 (“Who Are You When I’m Not Looking”), 2013 (“Sure Be Cool If You Did”) and 2014 (“Doin’ What She Likes”).

But Underwood did take Female Video of the Year for the fourth year in a row and the sixth time overall. She was awarded for “The Champion” featuring Ludacris.

In other upsets, Dan and Shay (“Tequila”) overtook Florida Georgia Line (“Smooth”) and Brothers Osborne (“It Ain’t My Fault”) for Duo Video of the Year, while Kane Brown and Lauren Alaina (“What Ifs”) beat the likes of Carrie Underwood, Justin Timberlake, Chris Stapleton, Thomas Rhett and Maren Morris for Collaborative Video of the Year.
