2018 Golden Globes: Wins listed by movies and TV shows

The 75th annual Golden Globes on Sunday (Jan. 7) handed out awards in 14 film and 11 TV categories during a live telecast that aired live nationwide and was hosted by Seth Meyers (“Late Night with Seth Meyers”). Among movies, “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri” was the big winner, winning four awards: Best Drama, lead Frances McDormand, supporting actor Sam Rockwell, and director Martin McDonagh for his writing. On the TV front, “Big Little Lies” also claimed four trophies: Best TV/Movie Limited Series and for lead actress Nicole Kidman and supporting players Laura Dern and Alexander Skarsgard.

The only other films with multiple wins were “The Shape of Water” (Best Director for Guillermo del Toro, Best Score) and “Lady Bird” (Best Comedy/Musical and lead Saoirse Ronan). Among TV programs, two others won two awards apiece: the drama “The Handmaid’s Tale” and the comedy “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” — each won their genre awards as well as for their respective leading ladies Elisabeth Moss and Rachel Brosnahan.
