2018 Razzie Awards predictions: Complete odds in all 9 categories ‘honoring’ the worst films and performances of the year

Who will win at the Razzie Awards on Saturday, March 3? As of this writing more than 1,100 Gold Derby users have entered their predictions in all nine categories for these anti-Oscars. Now in their 38th year, these are the only kudos in Hollywood where you hope your name won’t be called since they “honor” the worst films of the year. Scroll down for our complete predictions listed in order of their racetrack odds, with the projected winners highlighted in gold.

Among the users making their forecasts at Gold Derby include Expert journalists we’ve polled from top media outlets, the Editors who cover awards year-round for Gold Derby, the Top 24 Users who got the highest scores predicting last year’s Razzie winners and the All-Star Top 24 who got the highest scores when you combine the last two years’ predictions. And while some years are easy to forecast with notorious films in the running like “Battlefield Earth” (2000) or “Jack and Jill” (2011), this year’s competition appears to be more uncertain.

While “Transformers: The Last Knight” leads the nominations with nine bids, followed closely by “Fifty Shades Darker” (eight) and “The Mummy” (seven), the current front-runner for the top prize is “The Emoji Movie,” which would be the first animated film to win that award. In lead categories our users are betting on Tom Cruise (“The Mummy”) and, much to my own consternation, Jennifer Lawrence (“Mother!”).
