‘American Idol’: Michael J. Woodard was best on Disney Night with ‘Beauty and the Beast’ [WATCH]

On the April 29 episode of “American Idol,” the Top 10 sang songs from Disney animated classics. We wondered which of these artists stood out from the rest. Your favorite, with a sizeable 20% of the overall vote, is Michael J. Woodard for his rendition of the Oscar-winning “Beauty and the Beast” from the film of the same name. Take a look at his performance in the video above.

Not surprisingly, the two artists who are favored to win season 16Gabby Barrett and Cade Foehner — are a close second and third in our poll. She sang “Colors of the Wind” from “Pocahontas” and has 14% of your votes while he crooned “Kiss the Girl” from “The Little Mermaid” and earned a lucky 13%.

Conversely, the three contestants that were eliminated by Ryan Seacrest ranked at the bottom of the list. Dennis Lorenzo has 8% of the votes for “Can You Feel the Love Tonight” from “The Lion King”; Ada Vox is at an unlucky 7% for “Circle of Life” from “The Lion King” and Michelle Sussett merits a mere 2% for “Remember Me” from “Coco.”
