‘American Idol’ finale spoilers: Top 3 songs, hometown visits and winners singles on May 20 show

The final three contestants on “American Idol” — Gabby Barrett, Caleb Lee Hutchinson and Maddie Poppe — will each sing three songs on the show on Sunday, May 20. The Top 3 will kick off the evening with a tune dedicated to their respective hometowns. During those numbers, expect to see plenty of clips of their recent returns to their childhood homes. Each finalist has also picked one of their favorite songs from a previous episode to reprise. This live telecast will conclude with world premiere performances by each of their winner’s singles.

This two-hour telecast begins at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET, with voting also kicking off then. Be sure to cast your ballot for your personal pick at the bottom of this post.
