‘Big Brother 20’ week 3: Who won Power of Veto competition on #BB20 and what does it mean for July 19 eviction?

Can’t wait till Sunday’s episode of “Big Brother 20″ to find out who won the all-important Power of Veto competition in week 3. Then keep reading as we’ve kept a keen eye on the #BB20 live feeds since they were turned on following Thursday’s episode and we know who claimed this game-changing power on Saturday.

Six of the houseguests competed in an individual competition for the PoV: the two players up for elimination on July 19 (Winston Hines and Brett Robinson); the Head of Household Scottie Salton; last week’s PoV winner Tyler Crispen; as well as Rachel Swindler and Angie “Rockstar” Lantry.

Last week’s HoH Kaitlyn Herman had a plan to backdoor Chris “Swaggy C” Williams and had enlisted Tyler and Rachel to do so if they won the PoV. However, Scottie is keen on keeping both his nominees on the chopping block, as is his pal Angie. Tyler is loathe to play kingmaker again and Scottie warned Rachel that he will substitute her bestie Angela if she saves either Winston or Brett. All that added up to making this PoV competition make or break for Winston and Brett.

But it was Scottie that won. That shock result now means that Winston and Brett must ply their charms on Sam Bledsoe, who has the power to save herself from elimination once in the first few weeks of play.

Winston won the eviction vote in week 2 by a margin of four houseguests. Or do you like them both so much that you want to see a substitution in the nominations? Vote in our poll below and then be sure to sound off in the comments section with your thoughts on #BB20 so far.
