‘Big Brother 20’ Week 7 eviction: Did you want Kaycee or Rockstar eliminated from #BB20?

Angie “Rockstar” Lantry was the seventh houseguest to be evicted on “Big Brother” season 20, losing in a landslide vote on the live eviction show of August 16. While she managed to convince one of the other #BB20 contestants to keep her in the house, her rival, Kaycee Clark, got the rest of the players onside and will continue in the competition.

They had been put on the chopping block by Haleigh Broucher, a 21-year-old college student from Texas, who reigned as the seventh Head of Household. Are you sorry to see Rockstar go? Vote in our poll below and then sound off in the comments section.

Voting to send Rockstar, a 34-year-old homemaker from suburban Maryland, packing were: Sam BledsoeTyler Crispen, JC Mounduix, Brett Robinson and Angela Rummans. Voting to evict Kaycee, a 30-year-old football player from Arizona were Scottie Salton and Faysal Shafaat

While this was Kaycee’s first time on the chopping block, Rockstar had faced the jury of her fellow houseguests twice before. In Week 4, she easily escaped elimination when Kaitlyn Herman was sent on her way by a vote of nine to one. And last week, she outpolled Bayleigh Dayton by a vote of six to one.

In her post-exit interview with Julie Chen, Rockstar readily admitted to being relieved to leave on her own terms. “I said I wasn’t going to allow myself to be blindsided.” She conceded that she had been outplayed by Angela, Kaycee and Tyler. However, she thought it was the Hacker Competition creator that was her true enemy in the house. Rockstar still can’t believe she helped Tyler win the Power of Veto competition. Upon reflection, she revealed “I doubted myself, so that’s a lesson.”
