Diabolo juggler Mochi earns spot in ‘America’s Got Talent’ live shows thanks to ‘unbelievably fantastic’ performance [WATCH]

After initially auditioning back in the June 5 episode of “America’s Got Talent,” 29-year-old diabolo juggler Mochi returned for the Judge Cuts 1 showdown Tuesday night. Once again he performed his fast-paced act in front of a screen that projected images and lights to his specific movements. Guest judge Ken Jeong and regular judges Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Heidi Klum were all over the moon with Mochi’s act. Watch the “Americas Got Talent” performance video above and then read the judges’ comments below.

Ken: “I mean, I tried it myself the other day. I could do an exact replica of it. We’re Asian, we could easily do it. But you’re doing this not only for a million dollars — which is a lot of money — you’re doing it for the love of what you do and I salute you.”

Simon: “Oh, wow, wow, wow. You know what? You made something which could be quite boring unbelievably fantastic. I mean, genuinely. You are a great showman. And I love your personality as well.”

Heidi: “I do too, because you’re so excited about everything.”

Howie: “Good luck. We’ll be talking about you. Thank you so much.”

Mel B: “Well done.”

Later in the night the judges made the easy call to advance Mochi to the live shows, meaning “AGT” fans will soon see his journey continue at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood. Were YOU wowed by Mochi’s performance? Let us know down in the comments section.

During his “AGT” live blog, our recapper John Benutty remarked, “Mochi took the stage with his diabolo and projection act. Again tonight, as he juggled the diabolo graphics were projected on the screen behind him that moved in sync with his own turns and movements. At the end of his performance all five judges were on their feet. Ken and Simon loved his showmanship and recognize that his love for what he does is authentic.”
