After six weeks of competition Anthony Williams is still the front-runner to win “Project Runway All Stars” season six with leading odds of 6/5. He has actually improved his lead over his closest challenger Fabio Costa, who ranks second in our predictions with 3/1 odds as of this writing. Do you agree that one of them will win the competition?
Our odds are based on the combined predictions of “Project Runway” fans who make their picks every week in our predictions center, and those leading odds for Williams translate to a 45.69% chance of winning. Those are his best odds yet, up from last week when he had 8/5 odds, or a 38.57% chance of coming out on top. So far Williams hasn’t gotten a single low score from the judges. He’s been one of the highest scoring contestants in three of the first six design challenges, including a victory in episode two, “Damsels in Distress.”
In the most recent challenge, “Thrown for a Loop by Betty Boop,” Williams advanced safely through without a critique from the judges despite a dress that fellow designer Joshua McKinley compared to “a tissue you blew your nose in,” but Williams mustn’t get complacent. After all, Ari South was eliminated in episode three, “Perfect Pairings,” a week after she got a high score. And in “Betty Boop” Char Glover was sent home after safely advancing for three weeks.
