The fifth episode of season 10 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” airs April 19 on VH1. For the main challenge, the remaining 10 queens are divided into five teams: Asia O’Hara and The Vixen; Blair St. Clair and Monique Heart; Monét X Change and Kameron Michaels; Mayhem Miller and Miz Cracker; and Eureka and Aquaria. As you can see from preview of “The Bossy Rossy Show” below, some of the girls tackle this task with a bit too much enthusiasm.
Joining RuPaul Charles, Carson Kressley and Michelle Visage on the judges panel in episode five will be Grammy-winning country singer Shania Twain and Emmy-winning actress Carrie Preston (“The Good Wife”). We expect them to choose Miz Cracker as the winner of this main challenge.
Our exclusive Gold Derby predictions are forecasting that this sassy 33-year-old New Yorker will also go on to win this edition of “Drag Race.” Conversely, we are predicting that Mayhem Miller, a 35-year-old who hails from Riverside, CA, will be eliminated at the end of episode five. Do you agree? Be sure to make your predictions at the bottom of this post.
At the end of episode four, Dusty Ray Bottoms was bounced from the competiton. This 29-year-old New Yorker and Monet X Change, her 27-year-old pal who also lives in the Big Apple now, faced off in the lip sync challenge. Both had to strut their stuff to “Pound the Alarm,” one of the biggest hits of Nicki Minaj. Monet stepped up her game, with her energetic comedic performance. By comparison, Dusty’s rendition of the song seemed ragged.
