‘The Amazing Race’ 30: Are Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf playing too dirty? [POLL]

On this week’s sixth episode of “The Amazing Race” Season 30, “Big Brother” lovebirds Cody Nickson and Jessica Graf made some eyebrow-raising decisions. First, they U-turned classical musicians Trevor Wadleigh and Chris Marchant which resulted in their elimination from the game. Then, Jessica lied to other teams at the ear-piercing telephone Roadblock about which words she’d heard on the line so that she could finish the challenge first. What do you think, “Amazing Race” fans: Are Cody and Jessica playing too dirty? Vote in our poll below.

Of course, there’s nothing in the “Amazing Race” rule book that says lying to rival teams is a violation. Contestants can lie as much (or as little) as they please. But for every lie that Cody and Jessica tell, they risk creating another enemy. For example, after Jessica failed to tell the truth at the Roadblock, two teams have now vowed to seek revenge on her and Cody: Indy car drivers Alexander Rossi and Conor Daly, and newly engaged lifeguards Lucas Bocanegra and Brittany Austin. Was this an unnecessary move on Jessica’s part?

At the finish line “Amazing” host Phil Keoghan commented on Cody and Jessica’s cutthroat behavior, saying, “Having coming from ‘Big Brother’ you know when the stakes are high, you gotta do what you gotta do.” Cody and Jessica agreed, adding that they had no regrets throwing the first punch at the U-turn because it kept them in the game.

Our “Amazing Race” live-blogger Denton Davidson loves the “Big Brother” duo’s take-no-prisoners attitude, writing, “I have to side with Jessica here, this is a race for a million dollars!” But what do YOU think? Be sure to sound off down in the comments section after voting in our poll.
