‘The Voice’: Jamella is best artist on Team Kelly Clarkson, say 45% of readers

Kelly Clarkson may only be a rookie coach on “The Voice” this year but she has put together a powerhouse team. We asked you which of the 12 artists that she has handpicked could win season 14 of this NBC reality competition series. Your overwhelming pick, with a whopping 45% of the vote is Jamella. Only three of her other artists — Brynn Cartelli, Hannah Goebel and Justin Kilgore — broke double digits in our survey.

Jamella: “Dive” (Blind Audition 3): 45%
This 21-year old resident of Orange County, CA soared on Ed Sheeran‘s “Dive” and opted to go with the rookie coach over Blake Shelton.

Brynn Cartelli: “Beneath Your Beautiful” (Blind Audition 1): 12%
This 14-year-old from Longmeadow, MA sang “Beneath Your Beautiful” by Labrinth.

Justin Kilgore: “Tomorrow” (Blind Audition 1): 11%
This 30-year old from Buffalo, TX earned the only four-chair turn of the night with his version of Chris Young‘s “Tomorrow.” However, Keys kept Shelton from making his case by blocking him. Not surprisingly, Kilgore went with Clarkson as her mother-in-law, Reba McEntire, is his favorite singer.

Hannah Goebel: “If I Ain’t Got You” (Blind Audition 5): 10%
This 21-year old from Nashville, TN earned the only four-chair turn of the night with her rousing rendition version of the Alicia Key‘s song “If I Ain’t Got You.” With Keys blocked, she went with Clarkson.

Teana Boston: “Unfaithful” (Blind Audition 5): 4%
This 16-year-old from Stockton, CA sang Rihanna‘s signature song “Unfaithful.”

Dylan Hartigan: “Danny’s Song” (Blind Audition 2): 4%
This 21-year old from Wyckoff, NJ sang the Kenny Loggins chestnut “Danny’s Song.” He wanted to work with Clarkson, who is one of his favorites.

Amber Sauer: “Shape of You” (Blind Audition 6): 3%
This 35-year-old from Paradise, CA sang Ed Sheeran‘s Grammy-winning “Shape of You.”

Molly Stevens: “Heavenly Day” (Blind Audition 2): 3%
This 34-year old from Raleigh, NC warbled Patty Griffin tune “Heavenly Day.”

Alexa Cappelli: “I’ve Got the Music in Me” (Blind Audition 4): 2%
This 18-year-old from Upland, CA sang the Kiki Dee classic “I’ve Got the Music in Me.”

Jorge Eduardo: “Despacito” (Blind Audition 3): 2%
This 19-year old from Dallas, TX eventually got Clarkson to turn for his version of the Luis Fonsi smash hit “Despacito.”

Jackie Foster: “What About Us” (Blind Audition 3): 2%
This 21-year old from Boston, MA warbled the Pink hit “What About Us.”

D.R. King: “Believer” (Blind Audition 1): 2%
This 22-year old from Los Angeles, CA got Clarkson to be a believer and take a chance on him despite his shaky performance of the Imagine Dragons song “Believer.”
