So far during “Big Brother” Season 20, two showmances have dominated the airwaves: first it was Chris “Swaggy C” Williams and Bayleigh Dayton, and now it’s Faysal Shafaat and Haleigh Broucher. But in Sunday’s episode a new showmance was introduced to viewers: Tyler Crispen and Angela Rummans. While both Level 6 alliance members have admitted that they like the other, Tyler was defiant when he told America, “I’m not gonna throw my game away for a showmance! I promise you that.” Do you believe him?
“Dude, I don’t know how to even say it,” Tyler said while squirming in the Diary Room. “Angela’s like a perfect human being but it’s super distracting and it’s driving me insane. It’s hard to not like Angela. She is like, to the T, the exact type of girl I would like in the real world.”
Angela echoed his thoughts, declaring in private, “Tyler is my best friend in this house. He makes me feel better and he is my comfort zone.” She then added, “Yes, I think Tyler is attractive. Of course I do. Okay, maybe I have a little crush on him.”
When Tyler and Angela were cuddling in bed one night, he leaned over and kissed her forward. “I get a little lonely,” Tyler tattled, “and when there’s a fitness model that sleeps in the same bed as you sometimes, like, I don’t know. Okay, I don’t want to talk about it anymore.”
“I’m not an open person,” Angela later confessed. “I have walls up, like boulders up. And if someone can get through the boulders, good job, because it doesn’t happen.” Are you rooting for Angela and Tyler’s showmance to continue to blossom inside the “Big Brother” house?
