We are down to the final five on season 16 of “American Idol.” On May 6, the Top 7 took to the stage to sing two songs: one from year they were born and the other from the back catalog of the late singer/songwriter Prince. After the results of the public vote were revealed by Ryan Seacrest, the five contestants still standing are: Gabby Barrett, Cade Foehner, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Maddie Poppe and Michael J. Woodard.
