26% of ‘Survivor’ fans foresee an all-female final 3, but 31% think a guy will sneak in [POLL RESULTS]

The Force has been strong with the female contingent of the 39th season of  “Survivor.” At this point in the game, there remains six women — Lauren, Noura, Janet, Elaine, Karishma and Elizabeth — and just three men — Dean, Tommy and Dan. On the previous episode, the merged tribe split in two groups, which threw some players for a loop when their alliance buds were on the other team. There were also two players voted out with blindsides, Missy and Aaron, neither of which came off too well during the “inappropriate touching” controversies.

Right now, it seems that the ladies are large and in charge. Queen Sandra, who has had some time on her hands after no one visited her and Boston Rob on the Island of the Idols last week, has floated out the theory that a woman will win this season. The last time there was a female Sole Survivor was five seasons ago, when cop Sarah Lacina went all the way in 2017 on “Survivor: Game Changers.”

We asked “Survivor” watchers to guess what situation was most likely to happen now that the male players were in the minority. Of those voting, 26% thought there might be an all-women final three while 31% thought the ladies would turn on each other and keep at least one guy around.

But not so fast — 8% think the next three castaways voted out will all be men, while 7% believe the six women will stick together — unless no-filter loose canon Noura becomes intolerable. As for supposed non-threat Karishma, who actually stumbled upon an immunity idol last week, my theory is that whoever ends up in the finale will want to take her along. In fact, 12% think that she might actually end up winning. But it is more likely that fan favorites Janet and Elaine will definitely be in the final three.
