In episodes taped weeks ago, the remaining score of artists from the Top 40 had been split into two groups. Each of those Top 20 contestants had to perform both solo and in duets with celebrities in front of judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. That trio of talent then determined if each contestant deserved a place in the Top 14.

The three singers in contention in Group 2 to be eliminated were: Ryan Hammond, Logan Johnson and Raquel Trinidad.  The seven to make the cut were: Alejandro Aranda, Evelyn Cormier, Wade Cota, Dimitrius Graham, Jeremiah Harmon, Eddie Island and Alyssa Raghunandan.(Be sure to vote for your favorite of these Top 14 artists.)
