‘American Idol’ spoilers: Which 11 men and 9 women made the Top 20 on season 17?

The second season of “American Idol” on ABC is following the same format as the first with some minor tweaks. Last year, 50 contestants made it through Hollywood Week but that was cut down to just 40 this year. The two episodes chronicling this phase of the competition aired on March 24 and 25.

Those lucky 40 would-be winners of season 17 were flown to Hawaii where they auditioned for the judges at the Disney Aulani Resort in Honolulu in late January. The results of that showcase round will air on March 31 but if you can’t wait to find out who made the Top 20 then keep reading. Spoilers ahead.

We’ve done some digging and learned (via TheIdolPad) the names of the 11 men and 9 women that made it through as well as the songs they sung that won over Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie. These Top 20 artists will fight it out over three episodes for a place in the live shows featuring the Top 14 that start on April 14.
