‘American Idol’ Top 10 power rankings: Alejandro Aranda widens lead over Laine Hardy and Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon heading into Disney Night

The “American Idol” Top 10 will sing Disney songs for your votes on Sunday April 15. Only eight of them will make it to the next stage of the competition to be crowned season 17 winner. Alejandro Aranda remains the clear favorite to win in our viewers poll. He has doubled his lead over Laine Hardy and now has 42% of the total tally to the latter’s 21%. In third place with 10% of the vote is Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon.

They are the only three contestants to crack double digits in our poll results. Laci Kaye Booth and Madison VanDenburg each have a lucky 7% while Wade Cota sits at 6%. None of the other four contenders has managed to even make it to 5% as they sing for survival on Disney Night.

Walker Burroughs is stuck at 4%. The three contestants who were the choices of judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie rather than the public remain at the back of the pack: Uché Ndubizu has 2% and both Dimitrius Graham and Alyssa Raghu are stuck at 1%.
