‘American Idol’ Top 14 rankings: Alejandro Aranda, Laine Hardy and Jeremiah Harmon lead season 17 finalists

The Top 14 finalists on “American Idol” sing for your votes on April 14 with only 10 of them making the cut on Monday’s show. According to the results of our viewers survey, only three of these contestants — Alejandro Aranda, Laine Hardy and Jeremiah Harmon — are assured of a place in the Top 10. Of these favorites to win season 17 of “American Idol,” Aranda racked up a whopping 47% of the total tally while Hardy has 16% and Harmon 11%.

None of the other contenders has broken into the double digits as of this writing. Indeed, all 11 of them register less than five percent of the total. Laci Booth is at 4%. Four artists — Walker Burroughs, Wade Cota, Ashley Hess and Madison VanDenburg — come in at 3% apiece. Evelyn Cormier has 2% support. A trio of talent — Dimitrius GrahamUché Ndubizu and Riley Thompson — each have a mere 1%. And the other two — Eddie Island and Alyssa Raghunandan — have the dubious distinction of not even earning enough votes to register in our results.
