‘America’s Got Talent’ semifinal 2: How to vote for your favorite act to win ‘AGT’ season 14

Just 5 of the 11 acts competing on Tuesday’s second semifinal of “America’s Got Talent” will move on to the season 14 final next week. To ensure that your favorite is one of these, you can vote for them up to 30 times. But you have to be organized as voting starts at the beginning of the live episode on September 10 and ends early the next morning. Keep reading as we’ve got all the details you need.

NBC provides three ways for “AGT” viewers to vote: the official app, the website and the X1 set-top box (the network dropped the toll-free phone numbers this year). You’ll get 10 votes for each of these methods. Don’t worry if you can’t make up your mind as you are allowed to divide your votes among the 11 acts who performed. But if there is one act that you just have to see in the finals, you can give them all of your votes.

Voting Window
Voting opens at the start of the live show on September 10. If you vote via the official app or website, you have until Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. ET/4 a.m. PT to register and submit your choices. Those using the Xfinity XI have just one hour after the end of “AGT” in their respective time zones to vote.

Go to the official “AGT” website.
Register with a valid e-mail address, Facebook or Google account.

Official App
Download the app from either the App Store or Google Play.
Register for a NBCUniversal Profile with your e-mail address or credentials from either Facebook or Google.

Xfinity X1
