Another five acts were eliminated from “America’s Got Talent” on Wednesday when the results from live show 2 were revealed. While they had been judged good enough to get to this stage of the competition they did not number among the top 7 vote-getters of the acts that performed on Tuesday’s live quarterfinal
But there is still hope for them. One of these five also-rans could be chosen by the producers to be Wild Card in the semifinals, which start in two weeks time. Joseph Allen: This rapper from Killeen, Texas, who was Howie Mandel‘s Golden Buzzer, sang an emotional tribute to his mother.
Marina Mazepa: This contortionist dancer from Ukraine had Simon in knots as he gave her the red X.
Nick & Lindsay: This opera singer and danger act from New York City performed a routine set to “Ring of Fire” but Simon and Howie threw cold water on their chances when they hit their red X buttons.
The Sentimentalists: These mentalists who do magic were the Wild Card entry but their routine was anything but.
Charlotte Summers: This 13-year-old singer from Spain shone with the James Bond theme song “Diamonds Are Forever.”
