The live endurance competition kicked off at the end of last Thursday’s episode. In the end, it was Holly Allen who outlasted the rest of the houseguests to win  “Pose in Ivy” and become the Head of Household for Week 5. On Friday, she nominated Nick Maccarone and Sam Smith for eviction.

These three then competed for the Power of Veto on Saturday against Tommy BraccoCliff Hogg and Jessica Milagros. Nick went on to win this do-or-die POV competition. At the Veto ceremony on Monday, he removed himself from the line-up for eviction on Thursday.

Christie Murphy could have invoked her Panic twist, which would have allowed Jackson to name his replacement. But she opted not to do so, leaving it to Holly to decide on the renom. She opted to go with Kathryn Dunn who was well aware of her fate.
