On Sunday’s episode of “Big Brother,” it was revealed that Jackson Michie, who’d won the Head of Household competition soon after the end of last Thursday’s live episode, had nominated Christie Murphy and Analyse Talavera for eviction. The only way for one of them to avoid facing the vote on August 22 is to be removed from the line-up at Monday’s Power of Veto ceremony. We’ve been watching the #BB21 live feeds so keep reading if you want to know spoilers about the results of Saturday’s POV and its effect on the Week 8 eviction nominations.
This is the first time for both Christie and Sis to face a jury of their peers. After losing the America’s Field Trip challenge last week, Christie was in the original line-up of nominations. But then her pal Tommy Bracco won the POV and threw her a lifeline.
Will Christie be so lucky again this week?
The POV event was was held Saturday. Alongside Jackson, Christie and Sis, three other houseguests — — Holly Anthony, Cliff Hogg and Nick Maccarone — took part. Jackson proved to be a powerhouse just like Tommy and won the Power of Veto.
He has resisted pleas from Christie and Sis, who have been supported by Tommy and Nick, to use his Power of Veto to remove Christie from the chopping block and make Jessica Milagraos the renom. While Jessica had nominated Jackson when she was Week 6 HOH, it was Christie and Analyse who voted for him over eventual evicted houseguest Jack Matthews.
So it looks like Christie and Analyse will remain as the two nominees for eviction on Thursday’s live episode. Vote in our poll below as to which of these two you’d like to see evicted on August 22.
