Chen Moonves tweeted a brief teaser on Thursday — and we’re not kidding when we say “brief.” It’s only 10 seconds long and there is no footage of anything — hardly shocking since the cast isn’t in place yet and they’re probably still designing the house — but Chen Moonves isn’t even in it outside of the house or anything. The clip merely features a bunch of summery graphics and a voiceover touting the total strangers living under one roof, yada, yada, yada, hashtag hot mess.

But wait, is “total strangers” a clue? Does that mean no vets? No Paul for the second straight season?! Are we reading too much into this? Probably. Well, this is still better than nothing. We’ve been deprived of “BB” for too long. “Celebrity Big Brother” feels like a billion years ago.
CBS has not announced a premiere date for Season 21 yet, but it’ll likely be the last Wednesday in June, like it has been the past two years, so that’s June 26 this year. “Big Brother” usually kicks off with a two-hour premiere, which means “The Amazing Race,” which currently airs Wednesdays and will move up an hour to 8/7c next week, needs to conclude its season by then as well. Going by past seasons, the cast will probably be announced the week or two prior.
