Oh Trev, poor Trev. Last week, your Red teammates Bret Hauser and Motto left you in the lurch and I’m feelin’ so sad. Trevor McGrath suffered the indignity of not being able to compete among the final six on “Hell’s Kitchen’s” Rookies vs. Veterans season and earn one of five coveted black jackets. As a returnee to the competition, the New York City lead chef did receive one on Season 8 when he came in fourth. But this time, he was nominated for elimination three times and you know what they say about three strikes.
The ladies will be affected by Trev’s departure as well. Gordon Ramsay told the four Blue Team members that one of them needs to voluntarily step up and join the men as a leader, given the disastrous mistakes during nearly every dinner service. Rookie Mia Castro (one elimination vote), always a go-getter, threw her apron in the ring. Not one to tolerate sexist language, Castro will likely keep veteran Bret (one elimination vote) and rookie Motto (no votes) on their best behavior because you better believe this feisty private chef from Miami Beach is not going to take any of their bull (bleep) in the kitchen.
The Blue Team’s triple threat consists of veteran Ariel Contreras-Fox (no votes), rookie Kanae Houston (no votes) and veteran Heather Williams (two elimination votes).
Which of the remaining six, do you think is most deserving of a black jacket as they continue to battle their way to win an executive chef positions at the new Hell’s Kitchen restaurant at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas and a cash bonus of $250,000? And who is least deserving? Take the poll below and explain in the comments section why you made your pick.
