Alas, “Celebrity Big Brother” is almost over (*sniff*). Tonight’s penultimate episode featured the final five players — Ricky Williams, Lolo Jones, Kandi Burruss, Tamar Braxton and Dina Lohan — reminiscing about their time in the house following last week’s shocking double eviction. But they weren’t alone as last season’s winner Marissa Jaret Winokur and finalist Mark McGrath surprised the houseguests. At the end of the episode the next Head of Household competition got underway, setting the stage for Wednesday’s massive Season 2 finale.

9:00 p.m. — “Previously on ‘Celebrity Big Brother’!” In Friday’s episode, two houseguests went home as it was a wild and crazy double eviction night. First Natalie Eva Marie was evicted thanks to reigning HOH Tom Green. Then, as luck would have it, Tom followed her right out the door after Lolo won Head of Household. The final week of competition now officially begins as only five players still remain inside the “Big Brother” house. How will tonight’s episode play out? Let’s go!
9:10 p.m. – Tamar is on her high horse and continues doing a jig to celebrate the eviction of Tom. Meanwhile, Lolo is screaming “Natalie, that was for you!” Ricky is happy to be in the final five and he feels like this is the fourth quarter, where he’s at his best. Meanwhile, Lolo pulls Kandi aside to say it was nothing personal when she put her on the block next to Tom. Kandi only “sort of” trusts Tamar and Dina, but the only one she can truly depend on is herself.
9:15 p.m. – The doorbell rings and it’s last year’s contestant, Mark McGrath. According to Tamar, he’s still cute, but he’s married with kids and nobody got time for that. Mark jokes that he’s there to teach them how to take third place. Mark says, “Last year we had Omarosa, this year you had the MOOCH (Anthony Scaramucci).” They cut to a clip of Mooch explaining to the others how he was fired from his stint at the White House. Tom mentions that Donald Trump is the first president that doesn’t have a dog. Tamar responds, “I thought he was the dog! It’s none of my business.” In another clip, they reminisce about Natalie and Lolo talking about their final two deal without realizing Tamar was in the room. Oh, that was a priceless moment! Natalie tried to play dumb but Tamar was NOT having it. But surprisingly, she wasn’t really phased either. She found their stupidity humorous. That was until Lolo said Tamar and Kandi had a final two deal. When Tamar jokes about punching Lolo in the throat, Lolo blows her top and starts “burning hot.” So dramatic!
9:25 p.m. – Mark asks the final five who the messiest houseguest this season. Tamar responds, “Tom was!” After peeking at the cluttered refrigerator, we see clips of Joey Lawrence going crazy over messy the house was. Joey just couldn’t handle the mess, leading Ryan Lochte to call him the new Mr. Clean. They then remember Kato Kaelin, who Ricky found humorous one thousandth of the time. Ricky was not amused by Kato’s humor. One thing that seems to be a constant this summer is the drama between Lolo and Tamar. They’re in a heated argument for Lolo’s intense need for sea bass and it’s completely ridiculous. I would never survive in a house with these two. Ricky tries to calm them down, but they just keep cranking up the drama. Neither knows how to back down and walk away. This intense fight is about sea bass! Absurd.
9:35 p.m. – One of the bromances that was fully touched on this season was Ryan and Joey. Ryan is fascinated by Joey’s smooth, flawless skin and knowledge of cooking oil. When they weren’t listening to lullabies together in bed, they could be found giggling in the kitchen. Mark asked if there were any issues with people knowing each other prior to the game, but it clearly wasn’t an advantage for Lolo and Ryan. The two of them were almost instantly skeptical of each other and Lolo was quick to vote him out when she had the chance. Then we hear about the turbulent, 20-year “friendship” between Tamar and Kandi. They have toured together and had both good and bad times. They weren’t exactly thrilled to see each other in the house. Tamar clearly held onto some drama from the past that Kandi had moved on from. Despite their differences, they did form a pact to protect each other in the house. It appears they’ve mended fences and the only thing that may ruin it now is if one evicts the other.
9:45 p.m. – Ricky’s favorite part about being in the house has been listening to everyone’s personal stories. We see clips of Natalie and Tamar talking to Lolo about her virginity and lack of romance. Tamar, who always has a line, asks “how do you know you like sand, if you ain’t never been to the beach?” Lolo will not compromise on her morals, but was disappointed there were no potential showmances for her. Ricky asked Tom about his testicular cancer. Tom went through two surgeries and has been cancer-free for almost 20 years. He opened up about a 24-year old he met with the same disease who didn’t make it. Tom feels grateful to have survived. In another heavy moment, Ryan opened up about his scandalous, drunken binge at the 2016 Olympics. Ryan fabricated a robbery story and American fans went from loving him to despising him over night. Ryan was actually moved to tears when speaking about the kids who know longer see him as a role model. Dina, who has endured her share of public ridicule, is touched by Ryan’s story.
9:59 p.m. – Enough about memory lane! Let’s get back to the game! Last year’s champ, Marissa Jaret Winokur is back to host the HOH competition. As outgoing HOH, Lolo is not able to compete. In “Bats The Musical,” competitors will fly like a bat while racing to assemble a “Bats the Musical” puzzle. The first person to complete the puzzle will win the HOH and guarantee themselves a place in the final four. Tune in to the live finale on Wednesday, February 13 to find out whether Dina, Kandi, Lolo, Ricky or Tamar is crowned the champion of “Celebrity Big Brother.”
