Indian dance crew receives ‘America’s Got Talent’ Golden Buzzer from Dwyane Wade: ‘My heart is beating at a rapid pace’ [WATCH]

The last time Indian dance group V.Unbeatable took the stage on “America’s Got Talent,” they went viral with their inspiring story of struggling in the slums. When they returned in the second Judge Cuts episode, the crew (ages 12-27) changed things up by giving a touching tribute to one of their dancers who died six years earlier while performing a stunt. V.Unbeatable’s newest act, which included throwing each other around the stage while wearing yellow “Vikas” shirts, impressed guest judge Dwyane Wade so much that the NBA superstar pushed his Golden Buzzer, showering them in confetti. Watch the “AGT” video above and read the judges’ comments below.

Julianne Hough: “Wow, wow, wow, wow! I mean, there was so much power, obviously the tricks and the riskiness. Some people are just dance crews and some people are just acrobats. You have the combination of both. You should be very, very proud.”

Simon Cowell: “Do you know what these guys reminded me about? That actually we all have the best job in the world. And to see your enthusiasm, really just taking it in that you’re on an ‘America’s Got Talent’ stage, these are times I believe when we probably need each other. Because trust me: We need you and I hope we can do something in return back for you.”

Dwyane Wade: “My heart is beating at a rapid pace that I haven’t felt before. As a former athlete … I know the practice time it takes, I know the sacrifice it takes. I have this saying that whenever I hit a big shot, whenever I hit a game-winner, whenever it was one of those moments, I jumped up on the stand and I said, ‘This is my house.’ And today, on this stage, this is your house!” Dwyane then slammed his hand down on the Golden Buzzer.

In his “AGT” live blog, our recapper Denton Davidson had this to say about the performance: “Kicking things off in the second hour of tonight’s episode is V. Unbeatable, a dance group from Mumbai, India. They’re performing in honor of their friend Vikas who passed away due to an accident six years ago in rehearsal. This crew ranges in age from 12-27 and they’re not only great dancers, but their acrobatic skills are incredible. Members are flying all over the place and even bouncing off each other in mid-air. It’s pretty incredible. This is easily my favorite act of the night so far. Bravo! The judges are absolutely gobsmacked and they haven’t shown this much excitement with any other act. Dwyane says his heart is beating at a rapid pace that he’s never felt before. He says, ‘Today, on this stage, this is your house.’ We’ve got a Golden Buzzer moment from Dwyane! Congrats to V. Unbeatable, they deserve it.”
