Lion revealed on ‘The Masked Singer’: A shocked Rumer Willis ‘wanted everyone to know that I could sing’ [WATCH]

When Rumer Willis was revealed to be hiding inside the Lion costume on Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” the first question host Nick Cannon asked the shocked actress/singer was why she wanted to be involved with such a crazy reality TV show. “Everybody kind of figured out that I could [dance], but I wanted everyone to know that I could sing, too,” Rumer said in Wednesday’s semi-finals episode after being eliminated in fifth place (watch above). One of the key clues that judges Nicole Scherzinger, Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Robin Thicke and guest panelist Kenan Thompson failed to pick up on was the “Gold Found In Hailey” newspaper clippings from her intro videos. Rumer grew up in Hailey, Idaho.

Since Rumer is the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis, that explained all of the various “Hollywood royalty” clues. And the fact that she has four sisters is what inspired the clues about her “pride” having a lot of women in it. After learning more about her family, Ken remarked, “From now on when I watch a Bruce Willis movie, I’m thinking, ‘Oh, snap, that’s the Lion’s dad!'”

“We were so way the frick off with Kelly Rowland I guess, but that’s a testament to your talents,” Kenan told the former lioness. “That’s Rumer freaking Willis right there, man! Like, come on.” Rumer then joked that she’s going to put “White Kelly Rowland” on her resume from now on.

Amazingly, none of the judges correctly guessed Lion’s true identity, as Jenny and Kenan’s final pick was Kelly Rowland, Nicole thought Hailee Steinfeld, Ken opted for Dawn Robinson and Robin was convinced it was Michelle Williams. Soon after Lion was eliminated in fifth place, Rabbit followed right behind her in fourth place. Who was in the Rabbit costume?
