‘Project Runway All Stars’ final 4: Who deserves to win? Biddell, Dmitry, Irina or Michelle? [POLL]

The seventh and final season of “Project Runway All Stars” (the final season on Lifetime at least) is nearing the end, and the competition is down to the final four. In this season consisting entirely of past “Runway” champions, the best of the best are Evan Biddell, Michelle Lesniak, Irina Shabayeva and Dmitry Sholokhov. Who among them do you think deserves to be crowned the champion of champions when all is said and done? Scroll down to vote in our poll at the bottom of this post.

In terms of who will win, the women seem to have the advantage on paper since they have won two design challenges each over the course of the season, while the two men have won only one apiece. Shabayeva in particular has been a judges’ favorite: she has been the winner or runner-up in seven challenges. But her bold aesthetic isn’t for everyone, and it even rubbed the judges the wrong way a few times. She has three low scores to go along with her high scores.

The men have been more consistent — at least according to the judges. Biddell and Sholokhov have only received one low score apiece — two for Sholokhov if you count his “Climate Quick Change” look that sharply divided the judging panel. But both have gotten more safe scores than high scores. Do they stand out enough to merit the win?

I for one am torn between these four, especially because I probably would have voted for Anthony Ryan Auld to win had he not just been eliminated in fifth place. I’m partial to Shabayeva’s extravagance (she’s the biggest risk taker) and Lesniak’s edgy bohemian style (never afraid to clash unusual colors and patterns together). And to Biddell’s credit, I think he should have easily won the ball gown challenge in “Nina Says Don’t Cry Over Spilt Silk” for his bold silhouette and intricate pleating (Shabayeva won for her own intricate work with a bodice over a mesh skirt).

Which designer do you think most deserves to win? Vote below.
