‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ season 11 winner: Brooke Lynn Hytes or Yvie Oddly?

The season 11 winner of  “RuPaul’s Drag Race” will be revealed on May 30. The finale sees four queens — A’Keria C. DavenportBrooke Lynn HytesSilky Nutmeg Ganache and Yvie Oddly– pitted against each other in lip sync battles. We can report on the final two to face-off for the crown but can’t say for certain as to which of them won as producers shot multiple endings. Spoilers ahead.

Each of the finalists won at least one of the main challenges on a previous episode. While Brooke Lynn had the best track record with three wins, she barely made it into the top four after having to do lip sync battle with Vanessa Vanjie Mateo at the end of episode 12. Of her competition, A’Keria and Silky have won twice each while Yvie has just one victory to her name.

On the Grand Finale, it will all come down to a series of sudden death lip sync showdowns. The first round pits Brooke Lynn against Silky Nutmeg. Each takes to the stage to perform a routine set to the beat of “Bootylicious,” a signature song for Destiny’s Child. Brooke Lynn won this close vote. The second round saw A’keria and Yvie offer up their best moves to the sounds of “SOS,” a 2006 chart-topper for Rihanna. Yvie eked out the win.

This meant that the third and final round was Brooke Lynn versus Yvie. These two queens faced off against each other for one last time. The song, appropriately enough, was “Edge of Glory” by Lady Gaga. Each did themselves proud and either would be a worthy winner. There is even the possibility that RuPaul Charles will declare both Brooke Lynn Hytes and Yvie Oddly to be joint winners of season 13.

Our odds as of this writing favor Yvie Oddly at 22/25 while Brooke Lynn Hytes is at 7/5. A’keria Davenport has an outside chance of pulling off an upset with odds of 30/1 while Silky Nutmeg Ganache is last at 52/1.
