SAG Awards 2020 TV nominations: Best prediction scores by our Editors and Users

Congratulations to our User RRaw for a terrific score of 77.50% when predicting the 2020 SAG Awards TV nominations on Wednesday. He is actually tied with TripleH but has a better point score total of 8,550 by using the 500 super bets wisely.

Over 1,700 people worldwide predicted these Screen Actors Guild nominees in eight television categories for the announcement held in Los Angeles. Winners will be announced January 26 at a TBS/TNT ceremony. Our top scorer got 31 out of 40 nominees correct with some nice long shot picks, including “Stranger Things” (TV drama ensemble), “The Kominsky Method” (TV comedy ensemble), Andrew Scott for “Fleabag” (TV comedy actor) and Helena Bonham Carter for “The Crown (TV drama actress).

To see your own scores, go to the User menu in the top right corner of every page of Gold Derby when you’re signed in to the site. Use the drop down menu to go to “View Profile,” then look for the links to your “Award Show Scores.” Gold Derby must evaluate each potential winner’s eligibility as per our contest rules. For our 11 Editors predicting, Tom O’Neil is best with 67.50%. Tied with 65.00% are Joyce Eng, Daniel Montgomery and Paul Sheehan. Up next at 62.50% are Riley Chow, Marcus Dixon, Rob Licuria and Matt Noble. And then at 60.00% are Zach Laws, Susan Wloszczyna and msyelf. See Editors’ scores.
