In CBS’s latest preview trailer for the 11th episode of “Survivor: Edge of Extinction” (watch above), a new power trio emerges of Ron Clark, Rick Devens and Dan “Wardog” DaSilva. And they’re “on the warpath” to eliminate all of their enemies in the game. “I’m the biggest threat that you can vote out,” brags Wardog after he masterminded last week’s dramatic blindside of Kelley Wentworth.
When the men meet up to discuss options, Rick is heard boasting, “We’re the only players in the game. We need to get rid of one threat after the other.” However, this new power trio is unaware that a rogue rebellion of outcasts is also forming on the other side of the island.
“I’m ready to shake things up,” declares Julie Rosenberg, who last week split from Ron for the first time all season when she voted for Aurora McCreary and he voted for Kelley. Julie’s version of shaking up the game is that she’s ready to come after Ron’s buddy Wardog, saying that she doesn’t “trust him.”
Gavin Whitson also has a bone to pick with Wardog. “He betrayed me” after last week’s Kelley vote, Gavin reminds us. And then there’s Lauren O’Connell, who says that “Devens is much more dangerous.” Can these outcasts agree on one single target before tribal council?
The video package ends with Aurora, who still has an extra vote in her pocket, getting this final word: “It’d be crazy to say that you feel comfortable. If you do, you’re going home.” Find out who takes the torch to Extinction Island when “Fasten Your Seatbelts” airs Wednesday, April 24 on CBS.
