Taylor Swift (‘The Voice’) weeps buckets over ‘really really great’ performance by Team Kelly Clarkson duo Hello Sunday [WATCH]

Taylor Swift has been keeping busy mentoring all of the remaining artists on “The Voice,” but one act stands apart for the emotional impact they’ll give the pop superstar. During this week’s final Knockout episodes (airing Monday and Tuesday on NBC), Taylor meets Hello Sunday of Team Kelly Clarkson, the remaining duo of Season 17. Comprised of Myla Finks and Chelsea Grover, ages 13 and 14, this talented twosome brings Swift to tears during their rehearsal. “I’m totally crying,” Swift tells Clarkson as she wipes tears from her eyes. “I don’t know why. This is really really great.” Watch the preview video above.

When Swift was introduced at the beginning of the Knockouts, she fully embraced her status as the show’s first ever “mega mentor.” She joked, “That’s really gonna go straight to my head. I would like a latte right now. No one? Glass of wine?” All kidding aside, Swift revealed the reason she returned to “The Voice” was because, “When I was here before I had a really good time.” She previously worked with Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani in Season 7, and now reunites with these two lovebirds in Season 17 along with new coaches Clarkson and John Legend.

Swift fully understands what the aspiring artists are going through because she was “in that position” early in her career. “Not on a television show, but you have to put yourself out there so many times in this line of work,” she explained. Swift loved helping out the coaches this season because they “actually care about what they’re doing and they really feel this excitement and passion when they believe in somebody.”

The last time Hello Sunday performed in the Battles, Clarkson had paired them up against Lauren Hall. The girls all took on Miley Cyrus‘ “Wrecking Ball,” with Clarkson ultimately announcing Hello Sunday as the winner. But Lauren’s journey wasn’t over as Shelton swooped in to steal her for his team.

Find out what has Swift in tears by watching the final Knockout episodes of “The Voice” Season 17 this week. If Hello Sunday makes it all the way to the finish line, they’ll enter the record books by becoming the first duo to win NBC’s reality TV show. Do you think they have what it takes?
