‘The Masked Singer’ season 2 sneak peek on Sunday, September 15 will include first clues

Turns out “The Masked Singer” fans won’t have to wait so long for a first look at season 2 of the hit reality competition series. FOX confirmed that a one-hour sneak peek of the show will air on Sunday, September 15 at 8 pm ET/7 pm CT. The press release promises us a first look at the 16 new characters and even some clues as to their real identities.

We already know that collectively these famous folk have been in 22 Broadway shows and racked up 42 Grammy and 69 Emmy nominations. They’ve written three New York Times best-selling books and two of them were named by Time magazine as among the 100 most influential people of a particular year.

Host Nick Cannon will chat with the four judges — Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke  — about the phenomenal first season. And T-Pain, who won season one, will return for an encore performance. But this time he won’t be hidden inside his Monster costume.

This special preview will be simulcast on the official @MaskedSingerFOX Twitter account, allowing fans to both watch and tweet. The date of the preview special is just 10 days before the highly anticipated season 2 premiere on Wednesday, September 25 starting at 8 pm ET/PT.
