The winner of “The Masked Singer” will be revealed at the end of the two-hour finale on Wednesday, February 27. If you can’t wait till then to find out which of the three remaining contestants — the Bee, Monster and Peacock — takes the title then keep reading. We’ve done some digging and can report on which of this trio of talent wins as well as the name of that celebrity and the other two finalists. Spoilers ahead.
The Monster wins season 1 of “The Masked Singer.” And hidden inside this elaborate costume is the rapper T-Pain. He edges out the last remaining woman in the competition — the Bee, who is Gladys Knight — and the Peacock (Donny Osmond).
Showrunner Craig Plestis admitted that none of the four judges — Ken Jeong, Jenny McCarthy, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke — ever guessed the real identity of the winner. These four have made some pretty wild guesses as well as some that were spot on. While they have repeatedly said that the Bee was Gladys and that Donny was the Peacock, none of them have ever uttered the name T-Pain when it came to identifying the Monster.

That Robin and Nicole, who have the best track records, didn’t figure this out is surprising. The clues offered up by the Monster so clearly pointed to him being T-Pain. He readily admitted he wanted to be on the show ‘to re-write my mixed tape and prove that I am more than just puff and fluff.'”
Remember, T-Pain ruled the rap charts earlier this decade but then his career took a downturn when he was rapped for his overuse of AutoTune. He is staging a comeback and is being praised for his new style of singing, which shows off his voice. The Monster certainly proved he can sing with his scorching cover of Sam Smith‘s “Stay With Me” on the semifinal.
