‘The Voice’ leaked audition: Which coach convinces Kim Cherry to join their team after she cleans up with ‘No Scrubs’? [WATCH]

On the February 25 premiere of “The Voice,” Kim Cherry performs “No Scrubs” and inspires two of the four coaches to hit their buttons. They get the surprise of their lives when the turn as do the others on the panel when she has finished singing this #1 hit for TLC. Watch the drama play out in this video sneak peek of her audition.

As you can see, the first to turn was Kelly Clarkson, the reigning two-time champ on “The Voice.” That inspired Blake Shelton, who has racked up six wins over 15 seasons, to also take a chance on this unseen talent. At the end of the song, newcomer John Legend was shocked when he saw Kim. “She’s white!” he declared with veteran coach Adam Levine quickly retorting “Quote of the day!”

Kelly was effusive in her praise of Kim, exclaiming “You have pitch, you have tone and I would love to be your coach.” Blake was more mellow in his admiration telling her “that you chose that song shows me how fearless you are.” He then tried to convince Kim to join his team by claiming tongue-in-cheek that “rapping is my thing.” This smooth talker then worked to win her over by bring up his social media following.

Blake’s three rival coaches were having none of that. They made merry with his old man ways when it comes to Twitter.
