Congratulations to our Experts Gordon Cox (Variety), Brian Lipton (Cititour) and Jan Simpson (Broadway & Me) for a wonderful score of 73.81% when predicting the 2019 Tony Awards nominations on Tuesday. Over 1,100 people worldwide predicted these Tony nominees. Our top scorers each got 62 out of 81 slots correct in the 17 categories we featured. The Tony Awards will be live on CBS and hosted by past champ James Corden on June 9.

For the remaining nine Experts predicting, David Gordon (Theatermania) is in the next spot with 72.61% correct. Melissa Bernardo (NY Stage Review) and Michael Musto (NewNowNext) follow with 71.43%. Andy Humm (Gay USA) is up next with 70.24%. We then have a three-way tie for Tom O’Neil (Gold Derby), Peter Travers (Rolling Stone) and Matt Windman (amNY) with 69.05%. David Sheward (Cultural Weekly) follows with 65.48% and then Jack Smart (Backstage) with 55.95%.
