2021 Emmy nominations complete list: All the nominees for the 73rd Emmy Awards

The 2021 Emmy nominations were announced Tuesday, July 13 at 8:30 a.m. PT / 11:30 a.m. ET at the TV academy’s Saban Media Center in North Hollywood.  Nominations for the 73rd Emmy Awards were revealed father-daughter duo and past Emmy winners Ron Cephas Jones (“This Is Us”) and Jasmine Cephas Jones (“#FreeRayshawn”) Joining them to reveal the roster of nominees was academy CEO Frank Scherma. See the 2021 Emmy nominations list below. (For all Creative Arts categories visit the Emmys website.)

This year’s ceremony will take place Sunday, September 19 at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles and will air live coast-to-coast on CBS beginning at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET. Cedric the Entertainer (“The Neighborhood”) is set to host television’s biggest night.

As a reminder, last year’s big Emmy winners were HBO’s “Succession” for Best Drama Series and Pop’s “Schitt’s Creek” for Best Comedy Series. The former did not return in time to be eligible while the latter signed off after its record-breaking sweep. However, some of their biggest rivals for the top prizes are back in contention.
