There have been 17 performers to receive 5 or more acting nominations since 2003:

    10 nominations: Scott Clifton
    8 nominations: Arianne Zucker
7 nominations: Jane Elliot, Chandler Massey, Chad Duell, and Casey Moss
6 nominations: Maura West, Tuc Watkins, Peter Bergman, James Scott, Alison Sweeney and Eileen Davidson
5 nominations: Anthony Geary, Greg Vaughan, David Canary, Eddie Alderson and Kristen Alderson

Scott Clifton has the most nominations and he has surprisingly never won! 7 for Younger Actor, 2 for Best Actor, and 1 for Supporting Actor. He has been nominted for 3 different shows (GH, OLTL and B&B)

James Scott has the second most nominations without a win with 6 nominations.

Days Of Our Lives has won the most Goldies with 56 awards – 32 for acting, 7 for series. The only category it has never won is Younger Actress.

General Hospital is in 2nd place with 51 awards. 30 acting wins and 2 for Performer of the year. It’s one of two shows to win in every single category at least once.

The Young and the Restless is in 3rd place with 33 awards – 20 acting wins. It won 5 of the first 6 for Best Drama Series. It has never won for Casting.

One Life To Live has 27 awards, and is the only cancelled show to win for Drama Series (twice). 14 acting wins. This is the other show to win in every category at least once.

Two shows have won 12 awards: As The World Turns won with 11 of the awards for acting and 1 for Ensemble; The Bold and the Beautiful won only 4 acting awards.

Guiding Light won 8 awards – 5 for acting; and All My Children won 6 awards, all for acting performances.

Bumping this up – Tom has said he will be erasing old threads and I am wondering if there is any way for us to save this one? I wish it was a sticky. Or is there an archive??? I have all the soap category nominees written down so I guess if it gets the axe I could put them back up at some future date…

I was curious and so I counted nominations to see who has the most nominations: Scott Clifton has 10 nominations but ZERO wins! Alison Sweeney, Arianne Zucker and Maura West have 9 nominations, with Maura competing for Performer of the Year the past 3 years, winning that category twice (but that category doesn’t have nominations which is why she doesn’t have 12 nominations). Chandler Massey has 8 nominations. Maura has 5 wins, with Alison and Chandler both at 4 wins. Nancy Lee Grahn, Jane Elliot and Chandler Moss all have 7 nominations.
