Kristoff St. John (Neil, Y&R) Dead at 52

My guess – and it is only a guess – is that Kristoff was on anti-depressants and it is very dangerous to mix them with lots of alcohol – is there any new news from his autopsy explaining better what happened? It’s all so sad ): I was hoping he would find his way out of the darkness and rebuild his life. I cherish all the memories of his work on Generations and The Young and the Restless. Christel Khalil wrote beautifully about her t.v. dad. So sad.

I don’t watch Y&R but I was wondering how they are going to address this on-screen? I wonder if Neil will be killed off or just move away? Or perhaps just fade from the screen and continue to be referenced.

Soap Opera Digest has reported that Y&R will start a story late April that pays tribute to both Kristoff St. John and Neil Winters, which sounds to me like they will have the character die off-screen in a way that gives them an opportunity to reflect on both men. I haven’t really watched Y&R in a while, but how long is Lily supposed to be in prison? I would think that Christel Khalil and Bryton James would be heavily involved in whatever they do.
