Which episodes should each of the ten Supporting Actress pre-nominees submit? Here are some ideas:

    Lauralee Bell (Christine, Y&R)
March 4: Christine and Paul grieve over the death of their unborn baby
March 5: Christine learns that Nikki ran her over
March 24: Christine confronts Neil, who was the one who really ran her over

    Molly Burnett (Days)
Dates unknown: she says goodbye to Brady; she figures out that Teresa’s baby is still alive

    Jessica Collins (Avery, Y&R)
June 8: a fiery Avery confronts Joe about his being able to walk; he attacks her and she throws him out
June 26: Avery relives her rape and names Joe as her rapist
July 13: Avery holds Joe at gunpoint demanding the truth

    Judi Evans (Adrienne, Days)
(too many to mention them all but here are a few choices)
February 5: Adrienne is having a nice conversation with Lucas, then learns that Sonny has been stabbed and they rush to the hospital
February 19: Adrienne discovers that Justin has been having an affair
March 18: heartfelt scenes between Adrienne and Justin about ending their marriage, ends with Adrienne contemplating taking off her wedding ring
April 20: quiet intense scenes between Adrienne and Sonny
April 24: Adrienne tells Justin about her relationship with Lucas, then breaks down in Lucas’s arms
October 15: Adrienne reveals has a  cancer mutation to Kayla and comforts a distraught Sonny after Will’s death

    Linsey Godfrey (Caroline, B&B)
January 5, 6 and 7: Caroline confronts Rick about Maya
June 9: Maya and Caroline have an intense conversation where Caroline pours out her feelings about Rick. She winds up showing support for Maya and they hug and cry.
October 2: Caroline tells the truth about her pregnancy to Ridge

    Christel Khalil (Lily, Y&R)
Early in the year: Lily is furious with Cane for keeping secrets about Neil and Devon; later on: conflict scenes with Cane

    Peggy McCay (Caroline, Days)
September 30: Caroline’s illness progresses and she doesn’t recognize Kayla
Date unknown: Caroline is reunited with her son Bo; also: Bo’s wake

    Sofia Pernas (Marissa, Y&R)
December 9: Marissa finds out that her daughter is in a better situation than she has been led to believe, decides to leave her with her adoptive family

    Melissa Reeves (Jennifer, Days)
She has had great confrontation scenes with Eve; supportive scenes with JJ and Abigail

    Kelly Sullivan (Sage, Y&R)
November 9, 10 and 11: Sage grieves over the “death” of her baby; she is upset with Victoria over memorial; she confronts Nick but eventually shows up at the memorial service
December 10: great mature conversation between Nick and Sage about their marriage

Lauralee Bell should definitely submit March 4.

Not sure about Judi Evans, but she should submit an episode from the former writing team.

The June 9 episode with Maya and Caroline blew me away. Linsey Godfrey should definitely submit that one. The original writing in that episode is a big plus.

For Christel Khalil, I like the scene from late February where Lily confronts Hillary in her hospital room. “I can be a buzzsaw too.” LOL. I think blue-ribbon panelists would enjoy that more than her whining over Cane’s sin of omission.

The September 30 episode seems like a good bet for McKay as it is very touching. But I would also like to see her throw in some humor as well, and she certainly delivered it in several episodes coinciding with Bo’s return.

For Melissa Reeves, I would say either the April 23 or June 1 episode. Both featured confrontations with Eve.
