I think by now, we should be aware of why LK isn’t being used. She’s too good.July 31, 2019 at 8:42 am #1203003791
I haven’t been watching B&B much at all this year and am wondering from those of you who are watching who are the leads on the show in 2019? Based on what little I have seen I would say the actor who plays Thomas Forrester and the actress who plays Hope are definitely leads. Scott Clifton’s Liam always is a lead, but then it gets tricky. Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was absent on maternity leave but I would say she’s a lead, but what of Don Diamont, Thorsten Kaye, Darin Brooks, Heather Tom, Katherine Kelly Lang, Rena Sofer? My feeling is that they are all at the most borderline leads, but could be considered supporting players? What say you? (:July 31, 2019 at 4:18 pm #1203004622
Scott Clifton (Liam) and Annika Noelle (Hope) are DEFINITELY Lead. Matthew Atkinson (Thomas) would possibly be Lead and even though Jacqueline MacInnes Wood was on maternity leave, she’s still Lead.
Darrin Brooks (Wyatt), Katrina Bowden (Flo), Rena Sofer (Quinn), Katherine Kelley Lang (Brooke), Thorsten Kaye (Ridge) and Courtney Hope (Sally) are Supporting.
Storyline wise this year……July 31, 2019 at 6:04 pm #1203004736
^where would you place Heather Tom? I only read the synopsises and hardly ever see any episodes but my sense is that she has been supporting in 2019?July 31, 2019 at 6:49 pm #1203004805
Yes. Forgot about Heather Tom, she would be Supporting.August 2, 2019 at 11:14 am #1203007320
From the moment Douglas overheard Thomas say Phoebe was Beth this has been moving so fast! It’s very believable that a kid would be telling everyone. The ending today was very good. Very suspenseful. And lots of things about how Steffy will deal with it and if Taylor could get the blame- be the scapegoat for flo and ZoeAugust 5, 2019 at 10:57 am #1203011409
As happy as I am that the truth about Phoebe/Beth is out, this storyline could have had a more interesting arc if Taylor found out the truth before everyone else and withheld it to protect Steffy and Thomas. The fallout with Brooke would have been classic.August 11, 2019 at 6:38 pm #1203019852

LOL but then someone over 40 would have had so many of the main scenes! Basically all the scenes that went to FloAugust 21, 2019 at 9:38 pm #1203034413
Heather Tom, y’all! I could’ve guessed from all the interesting camera angles, quick shots, and facial close-ups (of Thomas) in today’s episode that Heather was in the director’s chair! Loved how she crafted that one particular scene where the audience is allowed a window into Thomas’ obsessive mind, and his flashbacks from his time with Hope shift wildly while he’s clicking on his pen (great sound effects, too!). What a fantastic job!August 22, 2019 at 11:33 pm #1203035729
The scenes with Thomas and Douglas have such tension. Henry Samiri is so good! I don’t remember a child actor contributing so much to drama and tension in scenesAugust 23, 2019 at 5:13 am #1203035927
I wish PopTV hadn’t taken B&B off their schedule ): I watched at 6:30 p.m. while I was having dinner. I find it difficult to get into B&B now when I am committed to Days – switching back & forth isn’t easy. I suppose B&B is available online somewhere? I only saw a few scenes over the past two weeks that has been getting so much praise. I don’t like the actress who plays Hope but I have been hearing she delivered in her recent scenes. I can’t stand wishy-washy Liam. I do like Steffy though.August 28, 2019 at 1:03 pm #1203044929
Unfortunately, Atkinson’s performance was Faaaaar better when he was torn between good and evil. The psycho scenes of him talking to himself and walking around shirtless were just painfully bad.
And speaking of painfully bad, this storyline has been giving us the gift we never wanted, more Thorsten Kaye. The man is so laughably awful as Ridge that any sympathy for the character dissipates the moment Kaye grumbles his lines.
On a happier note, if Annika Noelle submits the scenes where she lays into Flo, she’s got an Emmy in the bag.August 29, 2019 at 4:58 am #1203045862
Is there any way to watch these episodes y’all are raving about online? Not a big B&B fan these days but I regret missing what has been getting great reviews. (Darn PopTV for taking it off their schedule!)August 29, 2019 at 11:12 am #1203046433
You can watch episodes on the CBS app. Not sure if you need to sign up through a cable provider- possibly. Also you can try youtube
