I just read Don Diamont’s book: My seven sons and how we raised each other (they only drive me crazy 30% of the time). It was a good read. Don has lead a very interesting life, to say the least. I don’t want to give out any spoilers, but if you’re a fan of his, I highly recommend reading it.
I’d love to see Doug Davidson and Melody Thomas Scott write books as well.January 27, 2019 at 6:29 am #1202750191
^Is this a brand new book? I have never heard of it, sounds like a fun read! (:January 27, 2019 at 7:30 am #1202750229
It came out in May, 2018.January 27, 2019 at 7:33 am #1202750233
Didn’t Jane Elliot say she and Eileen Davidson were gonna open a hair salon when she finally retired? I wanna read a book about THAT place. And have it be a sassy show on streaming.January 27, 2019 at 2:03 pm #1202750611
Wait no it was Deidre Hall wasn’t it?January 31, 2019 at 3:12 pm #1202757109
For the record, I highly recommend Kim Zimmer’s book, it was a very easy read and she was brutally honest about herself and her work. She also was very honest about her thoughts on GL’s cancellation.
Victoria Rowell has written some wonderful books; but I’d love to see a memoir specifically about her acting career.
Oh and Debbi Morgan wrote a book last year or the year before called “The Monkey On My Back” and it is really good. It is about her childhood and her family life.
I just read Kim Zimmer’s book and I agree 100% with you. It was an easy read, but very enjoyable. I like the fact she was honest, especially about her drinking.May 28, 2019 at 4:00 pm #1202914091
Melody Thomas Scott (Nikki, Y&R) is releasing her memoir in 2020. Can’t wait to read it!June 11, 2019 at 9:57 am #1202932968
I would love to read a no-holds barred autobiography by Elizabeth Hubbard! (: Kathryn Hays would be great, as would Don Hastings, who was continuously on daytime from 1956-2010! (: So many others! (:June 20, 2019 at 6:12 pm #1202946183

You know I have been currently watching old ATWT on YT lately. A book written on that would be great. That show has the richest history and strongest acting ever.April 27, 2020 at 2:21 pm #1203450315
Melody Thomas Scott’s book is now coming out August 18 (it was originally supposed to come out earlier), but due to the corona virus she and her publisher decided to push it back.November 9, 2020 at 7:42 pm #1203825580
I just got done reading MTS book, “Always Young and Restless”. If you’re a fan of Melody Thomas Scott, I highly recommend reading it. It flows really well. I don’t want to give out any spoilers, but I didn’t realize all the stuff she went through as a child/young woman. I also didn’t know she had a love of game shows! Not now
