I did opt for ALL ABOUT EVE but I do want to give a shout-out to ON THE WATERFRONT and THE BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI.

This was a decade where most of my favorite films each year were foreign…and we ended up having a couple of truly horrible winners in this decade.
